A lowered sperm count does not indicate you are suffering from Oligospermia. If the sperm motility parameters are causing this lowered count, the condition is called Asthenospermia. If the count is less than 20 million sperm per ml, it is called as Oligospermia. If the count is nil, it is termed as Azoospermia.
