Varicocele is a condition wherein the veins in the scrotum become enlarged and interfere with, sperm motility and sometimes with sperm count. Varicocele is also found as a reason for infertility in men. It is also unknown whether a surgery to correct the enlarged veins may cause an improvement in terms of sperm motility and count.
